Section 4: Rotation of office of Chairman.

2025Section 4 of 27•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The office of the Chairman established in section 2 (2) shall rotate among the member States of the Commission in the following alphabetical order -
a Ekiti;
b Lagos;
c Ogun;
d Ondo;
e Osun; and
f Oyo.
