Section 3: Appointment of members of the Board.

1 The Chairman, the Managing Director, Executive Directors and other members of the Board shall be appointed by the President, subject to the confirmation of the Senate, and must be persons of proven integrity and ability.

2 The members of the Board referred to in section 2 (1) (c)-(f) of this Act shall be part-time members.

3 The supplementary provisions set out in the Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the proceedings of the Board and the other matters contained in it.
