Section 26: Service of notices, summons and other documents.

A notice, summons or other documents required or authorised to be served upon the Commission under the provisions of this Act or any other law or enactment may be served by delivering it to the Managing Director or by sending it by registered post and addressed to the Managing Director at the head office of the Commission.
