Section 16: Annual Reports.

The Agency shall prepare and submit to the Federal Executive Council, through the Minister, not later than six months after the end of each year report in such forms as he may direct on the activities of the Agency during the immediate proceeding year, and shall include in such report a copy of the audited accounts of the Agency for that year and the auditor's report on the accounts.
