Section 6: Establishment and membership of the Technical Advisory Committee

There is hereby established a Technical Advisory Committee (in this Act referred to as "the Committee"). The Committee shall consist of the following members, that is-(a) the Director-General of the Complex who shall be the chairman;
(b) five eminent Nigerian scientists to be appointed by the Adviser;
(c) two persons to represent the universities;
(d) one person to represent the polytechnics;
(e) one person to represent the Directors of the constituent facilities of the Complex;
(f) two Directors representing the university-based energy research centres;
(g) the Director-General of the Energy Commission of Nigeria or his representative.
