Section 18: Office and premises

(1) For the purpose of providing offices and premises necessary for the performance of its functions, the Complex may-
(a) subject to the Land Use Act, purchase or take on lease any interest in land; and
(b) build, equip and maintain offices and premises.
(2) The Complex may, subject to the Land Use Act, sell or lease out any land, office or premises held by it which is no longer required for the performance of its functions under this Act.
