Section 47: Creditor to give statement of account

A Creditor shall, within 15 working days after the sale of a Collateral, give to the persons entitled to receive a notice of sale, a statement of account in writing, stating the:(a) amount realized from the sale;
(b) amount of the costs of the sale; and
(c) balance due to the Grantor or to the Creditor, as the case may be.
