Section 24: Same priority for original Collateral, proceeds and advances

(1) Subject to Section 9, the priority of a Security Interest in a Collateral and the proceeds derived from the Collateral shall be the same.
(2) A security interest shall have the same priority in respect of all secured obligations and advances, whether existing or future.
