Section 2: Unlicensed motor fishing boat enjoying innocent passage

Every unlicensed motor fishing boat in transit or enjoying the right of innocent passage within Nigeria's territorial waters or its exclusive economic zone shall have its-(a)
fishing gear stowed wholly inboard;
(b) nets and trawl boards disconnected from towing warps or hauling ropes; and
(c) fishing gear above deck firmly secured to the vessel's super structure as it is customary when steaming to and from the fishing ground.
