Section 1: Establishment of the Centre

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (in this Act referred to as "the Centre")
(2) The Centre--
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) shall have its principal office in Lagos.
