Section 4: Temporary quarrying leases. Form B. First Schedule.

(1) The Minister may, if he is satisfied that delay may occur in the consideration of the application or for any other reason, grant to the applicant a temporary lease which may be in Form B in the First Schedule to this Act, for a term not exceeding 3 years, subject to such conditions as he thinks fit to impose.
(2) The Minister may, in his absolute discretion, cancel a temporary lease granted by him without assigning any reasons for the cancellation.
