Section 11: Secretary to the Commission.

(1) There shall be, for the Commission, a Secretary -
(a) who shall be appointed by the President; and
(b) whose status shall not be below that of a Permanent Secretary.
(2) The Secretary shall, subject to the general control of the Board, be -
(a) responsible for keeping proper records of the proceedings of the Commission; and
(b) the head of the secretariat and responsible for -
(i) day-to-day administration, and
(ii) the direction and control of all other employees of the Commission.
