Section 60: Rights attaching to shares.

The relevant organisation may exercise the rights attaching to any of the controlled property that are shares, securities, stocks, bonds or debentures as if the relevant organisation were the registered holder of the shares, securities, stocks, bonds or debentures, to the exclusion of the registered holder.
