Section 12: Renewal of preservation order.

1 The relevant organisation may apply to the Court that granted a preservation order under this Act for a renewal of the order, where—
a the preservation order has not been set aside; and
b there are reasonable grounds to grant the renewal.

2 The cumulative period of renewals shall not exceed 180 days.
