Section 2: Control, etc. of privatised enterprises.

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any enactment and without prejudice to the generality of section 1 of this Act, the control, management and composition of the Boards of Directors of privatised enterprises shall as from the date of privatisation reflect the ownership structure of the enterprises.
