Section 10: Annual report.

The Technical Committee shall within three months after the expiration of the year prepare and submit to the Federal Government a report of its activities during the preceding year, and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Technical Committee for that year and a copy of the auditors report on the accounts.
