Section 31: Approval not to confer special powers
(1) No person shall by virtue of being approved have any power or authority which he would not have if this Act had not been made.
(2) Any person who in any way-
(a) suggests or implies that by virtue of his approval, he may exercise any power or authority which in fact he could not exercise if this Act had not been made; or
(b) uses or attempts to use his approval and employment to exercise or as entitling him to exercise any such power or authority, shall be guilty of an offence.
