Section 25: Advertisement as to name and address
Any company which publishes or causes to be published (whether in a newspaper or by radio or television or otherwise) any advertisement relating to or in connection with its business (other than an advertisement relating solely to the recruiting of staff) without specifying therein the name as appearing in the licence and the registered address of such company shall be guilty of an offence.
