Section 15: Regulations
1972Section 15 of 20•Federal Republic of Nigeria
The President may make regulations-(a) with respect to the organisation and administration of the prisons; and
(b) on the recommendation of the Federal Civil Service Commission, with respect to appointments to offices in the Nigerian Prisons Service.
