Section 6: Inspection of pharmaceutical products

The inspecting agent shall, with respect to the inspection of pharmaceutical products, restrict its pre-shipment inspection to-(a) the inspection of the expiry date;
(b) cost of the products to be exported; and
(c) ensuring that the products conform with the active ingredients and chemical requirements specified by the overseas buyer.
