Section 2: Short title and interpretation.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Posts and Telecommunications Proceedings Act.
(2) In this Act "investigation officer" includes the Chief Investigation Officer, the Deputy Chief Investigation Officer and any Senior Investigation Officer in the Ministry of Communications so appointed by the Federal Civil Service Commission.
