Section 29: Provisional protection.

The holder of a breeder's right shall be entitled to equitable remuneration from any person who, during the period between the publication of the application under section 24 of this Act for the grant of a breeder's right and the date of the grant of that right, has carried out acts which, once the right is granted, require the breeder's authorisation as provided for under section 30 of this Act.
