Section 24: Publication of notice of application.

The Registrar shall publish in the Federal Government Gazette or in two national daily newspapers of wide circulation, a notice of every filed application for plant breeder's right that satisfies the requirements of the Act specifying:(a) the name and address of the applicant;
(b) the filing date of the application;
(c) the proposed denomination; and
(d) such other information as may be specified in the Regulations.
