Section 15: Annual reports.

The Council shall, not later than 30 June of each year, prepare and submit to the Minister and the Auditor–General for the Federation, a report on the activities and administration of the Council during the preceding year and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Council for the year and the auditor’s report thereon.
