Section 1: Establishment of the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria.

(1) There is established the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (in this Act referred to as "the Council").
(2) Cap. L15, LFN 2004.
The Council -
(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) may acquire, hold or dispose of any property, movable or immovable, subject to the provisions of the Land Use Act, for the purpose of performing any of its functions under this Act.
