Section 39: Vacancy on the Board of the Authority.

A vacancy on the Board of the Authority shall occur, where a member of the Board—
(a) dies;
(b) is removed from office in accordance with section 37 of this Act;
(c) resigns from office;
(d) completes his tenure of office; or
(e) is incapacitated.
