Section 16: Vacancy on the Board of the Commission.

A vacancy on the Board of the Commission shall occur, where a commissioner -
a dies;
b is removed from office in accordance with section 14 of this Act;
c resigns from office;
d completes his tenure of office; or
e is incapacitated.
