Section 58: Application for a licence as Pension Fund Administrator
(1)
A person proposing to operate as a Pension Fund Administrator shall apply to the Commission for a licence in such form and with the payment of such fees as may be prescribed by the Commission from time to time.
(2)
The Commission may, if satisfied that the applicant meets the requirements set out in section 60 of this Act, issue a licence to the applicant to operate as a Pension Fund Administrator subject to such terms and conditions as the Commission may consider expedient and necessary in the circumstances.
