Section 1: Establishment of Orthopaedic Hospitals Management Board

1 There is hereby established, a board by the name of the Orthopaedic Hospitals Management Board (in this Act referred to as "the Board") to be responsible for the management of Orthopaedic Hospitals specified in the Second Schedule to this Act, for the purpose of providing medicine and surgery and facilities for the training of orthopaedic personnel at all levels.

2 The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
