Section 16: Award of contract.

1998Section 16 of 25•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Commission shall have power to award contracts not exceeding the sum of N50 million for the performance of any of its functions under this Act.
(2) The Commission shall not award a contract exceeding the said sum of N50 million without the prior approval of the President.
