Section 11: Appointment of other staff of the Commission.

(1) The Board shall appoint for the Commission such number of employees as may in the opinion of the Board be expedient and necessary for the proper and efficient performance of the functions of the Commission.
(2) The terms and conditions of service (including remuneration, allowances, benefits and pensions) of the employees of the Commission shall be as determined by the Board after consultation with the Federal Public Service Commission.
