Section 86: Establishment of the Urban and Regional Planning Tribunal

There is hereby established, in each State of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, a tribunal to be known as the Urban and Regional Planning Tribunal (in this Act referred to as to as "the Tribunal") which shall have the jurisdiction, power and authority conferred on it by this Act and by any regulations made thereunder.
