Section 41: Conditions for revoking a development permit

In the exercise of its functions under section 34 of this Act the Control Department shall-(a) have regard to all matters and conditions specified by the provisions of this Act prior to granting a development permit; and
(b) take into account matters of over-riding public interest as provided for in section 27 (2), (3) of the Land Use Act.
