Section 12: Appointment of secretary to the Corporation

(1) There shall be appointed, by the Corporation, a secretary to the Corporation, who shall be a legal practitioner of not less than 10 years post-call experience.
(2) The secretary to the Corporation shall-
(a) keep the records and conduct the correspondence of the Corporation; and
(b) perform such other duties as the Corporation or the Executive Director may, from time to time, direct.
