Section 34: Repeal.

(1) The Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation Act CAP. N137 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 is repealed.
(2) The transitional and savings provisions in the Second Schedule to this Act shall have effect in relation to the employees, assets and liabilities of the Corporation dissolved under this section and other matters mentioned in it notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Act or any other enactment.
