Section 62: Compulsory acquisition of land

For the purposes of the Land Use Act which provides for the compulsory acquisition of land for overriding interest, any requirement of land by the Bureau shall be deemed to be for public purposes of the Federation. [Cap. L5, LFN, 2004]
