Section 4: Establishment and incorporation of the Nigerian Railway Corporation

(1) As soon as may be, after the commencement of this Act, there shall be established, a corporation to be known as the Nigerian Railway Corporation (in this Act referenced to as "the Corporation").
(2) The Corporation shall be a body corporate, with perpetual succession and a common seal and shall have power to sue and be sued in its corporate name and to acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable property for the purpose of its functions under this Act.
