Section 60: Execution or attachment of property

In any action or suit against the Postal Service no execution or attachment or process in the nature thereof shall be issued against the Postal Service, but any sum of money which may by the judgement of the court, be awarded against the Postal Service shall, subject to any directives given by the court where notice of appeal has been given by the postal Service in respect of the said judgement be paid from the fund of the Posta! Service.
