Section 93: Service of documents

The notice referred to in section 92 of this Act and any summons, notice or other document required or authorised to be served on the Authority in connection with a suit by or against the Authority, may be served by-(a) delivering it to the managing director; or
(b) sending it by registered post, addressed to the managing director at the head office of the Authority.
