Section 93: Expenditure and Account

The Council shall approve any expenditure of the board and shall-(a) issue proper accounts and records of the transactions and affairs of the Board and ensure that all expenditure is duly authorized;
(b) prepare in respect of each financial year, a statement of account in such form as the Auditor-General may direct.
