Section 9: Public review of Plan.

For the purposes of reviewing or assessing the plan, the Board may conduct a public review in relation to the exercise of any of its functions under this Act provided that any such review or assessment is completed and certificate issued or denied within 30 days from the date of commencement of such review or assessment.
