Section 82: Remuneration of the Executive Secretary

The Executive Secretary shall be paid such remuneration as may be specified in his letter of appointment or as determined by the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission using the scale applicable in the Nigeria oil and gas industry.
