Section 47: Regulation to establish operations in Nigeria

The Minister shall make regulations which shall require any operator to invest in or set up a facility, factory, production units or other operations within Nigeria for the purposes of carrying out any production, manufacturing or for providing a service otherwise imported into Nigeria.
