Section 103: Savings and Transitional Provision.

Upon the commencement of this Act, all functions and powers conferred on any agency or department of the Federal Government of Nigeria to carry out the implementation of Nigerian content development or policy in the Nigerian oil and gas industry by any law or enactment is hereby transferred to the Nigerian Content Monitoring Board established under this Act.
