Section 11: Head of Inspectorate to be appointed by the Minister, etc.

(1) There shall be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of the National Council of Ministers, a person to be the chief executive of the Inspectorate to be known by such designation as the Minister may determine.
(2) There shall be appointed by the Corporation such other employees as may be necessary to assist the chief executive officer in the efficient discharge of the functions conferred on him under or pursuant to this Act.
