Section 10: Investment of moneys in the fund

1992Section 10 of 15•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Moneys in the fund which may at any time be surplus to the current needs of the Fund shall be invested by the Board in securities specified in the provisions of the Trustee Investments Act and such other securities as the Board may, from time to time, approve.
