Section 2: Chief Registrar, etc

(1)
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation shall be the Chief Registrar and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, do or cause to be done, all such things as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
In pursuance of subsection (1) of this section, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation may designate such number of public officers to be Registrars to assist him in the discharge of his functions and the due administration of the provisions of this Act.
