NIGERIAN MINERALS AND MINING ACT

Section 161: Repeal of the Minerals and Mining Act, 1999.

2007Section 161 of 165•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Minerals and Mining Decree No. 34 of 1999 is hereby repealed.
(2) The repeal of the enactment specified in subsection (1) of this section shall not affect any thing done or purported to be done under the repealed Act.
