Section 43: Power to make regulations or issue guidelines.

(1) The Agency may with the approval of the Board, make rules, guidelines or regulations as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions of this Act and for the due administration of its provisions, except for aeronautical meteorological services.
(2) The contravention of any regulations issued under any of the provisions of this Act shall constitute an offence and shall be punishable as prescribed in the particular regulations.
