Section 38: Restriction on execution against property of the Agency

In any action or suit against the Agency, no execution or attachment of process in any nature of it shall be issued or levied against the Agency unless -(a) not less than three months’ notice of the intention to execute or attach has been given to the Agency; and
(b) the consent of the Attorney-General of the Federation has been obtained before execution of the judgment.
